Dear Selwyn,

We write to thank you for your most excellent conduct of our daughter's funeral.

We felt blessed in the caring and professional manner you accorded us at such a sad time. You advised us and provided us with every consideration, before during and after the funeral and we could not have asked for any more.

It is a sad fact of life that death will always be with us and most of us are ill prepared in what we need to do in such an event.

Let us say that any one in the future who faces such an event that we offer our sympathy and having been through a similar sad time assure them, that they can have every confidence in your caring, compassionate and professional services.
